These rates are flexible for repeat bookings and for longer term occupancy and can be negotiated accordingly.

All our rooms and the cottage include equipment & state of the art furnishings. A heated Jacuzzi and lava stone, gas barbecue are in the entertainment area next to the swimming pool.

The partial kitchens are fully equipped, including full sized refrigerator/freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, oven & stoves. There are washing machines and dryers in both buildings. TV includes a video channel, a DVD channel and personal satellite decoders (subscribe or bring your smart card).
All the rooms are networked to the office facilities and the internet. Email, CD-RW and fax service is available on site. The secure covered parking is accessed by remote control. Security is paramount, and in addition to the alarm system, there is an extensive close circuit camera system monitoring the premises.
This is a home away from home for the executive or discerning traveler who wants more than just a hotel room. We are within a close proximity to the International Congress Center, beach front promenade, the ocean, a number of shopping malls, the casino, the bird park and numerous restaurants including the restaurant rows at Wilson’s Warf and Silverton Road. Durban’s latest world class attraction “Ushaka” including the new aquarium and fabulous water front are also just a short drive away. Golf, tennis, cricket, rugby, surfing, diving kite surfing & fishing to highlight just a few of the sporting activities, are all nearby. Accompanied shopping trips on and off the beaten track is our specialty as is setting up tennis, golf and kite surfing with equipment hire on site.
